Can I get a reduction?
Yes! Based on the total yearly amount of your CUSTOM Service Package, we will give you a reduction as follows:
Level 1: $ 230.00 – $ 479.00: FREE 1 Working Hour, use as required by you (Value of $ 55.00/yr).
Level 2: $ 480.00 – $ 599.00: FREE 2 Working Hours, use as required by you (Value of $ 110.00/yr).
Level 3: From $ 600.00: 10% + 2 Working Hours, use as required by you (Value of $ 110.00/yr).
How about VAT?
If your business is based outside of the EU, no VAT will be applicable. If your business is based within the EU, VAT will be shifted according to regulations. If your business is based in Belgium, you will be charged 21% VAT on top of any amounts mentioned. Please find more details in our Terms and Conditions.
Does monthly payment cost me extra?
We offer you the option to choose between a monthly or quarterly payment completely free of charge. This means that there are no additional costs, whichever option you choose.
The only condition to this is that you make your choice at the start and it remains valid for the entire year that follows.
If you don’t update your preference, we will assume that you don’t want to change this. Do you want to switch to a different payment interval? Then inform us in time.
Which Add-On Services are available?
First of all, you have the ability to add our super reliable, fast and secure webhosting to your Service Package. If you’ve chosen for the PRO Speed Upgrade, this also comes with a <2 seconds loading time guarantee, amongst other things.
If you choose our Webhosting Service, it makes a lot of sense to also let us manage your domain name.
A professional 25GB Mailbox is also a very popular Add-On Service.
Some Web Design Add-On Services come with a recurring subscription, which will be added to your Service Package for your convenience.
Finally, you can always ask us to do additional work, paid on an hourly basis ($ 55.00/hour). If you have to do this regularly, we offer Update Service Bundles to receive a reduction by purchasing a certain amount of hours at once.
